CANADIAN FIREARMS SAFETY COURSE

ABC is pleased to announce that it will again be offering the Canadian Firearms Safety Course
The Alberta Biathlon Club (ABC) is pleased to announce that it will again be offering the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) to all athletes and/or parents/guardians of athletes enrolled in a Biathlon program in Alberta. All athletes 12 years of age or older require the CFSC to obtain their Minor Firearms License or if over 18 years of age a Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) in order to participate in the sport of Biathlon.

Who can attend: Any athlete who is 12 yrs or older on the date of the course, parent, grandparent, and/or guardian involved in supporting an athlete in Biathlon or planning to join a Biathlon Club (includes Cadets) by September 2018. Cost: $75 plus must be a current member of ABC (membership is $5 per year). Where: Air Cadet School located at 607 - 7th Ave, Canmore, AB T1W 2H5. When: Saturday October 13, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM & Sunday October 14, 9:30 AM to completion, instruction must be at least 8 hours by law, group size determines time required for testing on final day.
