ABC: What were your goals and expectations going into Trials?

MB: My goal going into trials was just to ski fast, focus on hitting targets, and enjoy racing while staying warm! My expectations were to qualify for WJCH.

ABC: Can you give us a quick recap of the trials races in Valcartier?

MB: I was happy with how my skiing went both days. In the sprint I didn't shoot as well as I'd hoped to (only 6/10), so I got that a little more together for the pursuit (16/20). Overall fun racing on a challenging course.

Good luck to Megan as she leads team Canada's charge for the podium!
